United StatesOverall it is good enough if you don’t mind opening the box to start and find you have for your 12 DELUXE KIT ballon kit: 2-3 closers, a few candles. Not great with kids gathered to start. While I got a big bag of balloons from Target for $2.00 that added to our efforts, your green balloons were great. I called you about my disappointment and give you credit for quickly mailing more candles. I suggest you add to make the kit deluxe, or remove Deluxe from the ad. Thank you for your work. I learned about luminaria a few years ago along Minnehaha creek in Minneapolis. Fabulous
Thanks so much for taking the time to send your input. I know you had sent a direct email before and as explained in the reply to you, the Deluxe kit vs. the Starter kit for just 50% more cost has 3x the freezing bases (including the ability to make large ice globes) and 2x the number of heavy duty balloons. As many people use a string of lights or one of our LED puck lights, we opted to not raise the price by including more candles: including more bases and balloons was the preference we heard from many. We greatly appreciate your feedback and see if we can alter the name to make it more clear. Well over double the contents for only 1/2 increased price seems "Deluxe" especially that it enables large globes, but maybe "Value" pack would work equally as well? Thanks again and we love knowing you are sharing the glow with a group of kids!

After using these lights, I'm never going back to any other votive. Yes, they're pricey but they burn bright and long, and there are no duds. These candles are in a whole other league from standard votives. I use them in ice lanterns, but also in jack-o-lanterns, and I'm sure I'll find more uses as the years go by. Terrific hostess gifts too.
