Wintercraft Replacement Balloons are so strong that they are difficult to tie. Thus, these reusable clips make closing the balloons as easy as a snap! The clip also allows one to release or add some air to the balloon after it is closed (to make a flatter or rounder top - more advanced globe making!)
Easy-Close Clips are also included in all Wintercraft kits as well as Replacement Balloon Packs. They have a myriad of additional uses so it's good to have a few extras.

Very easy, with great success on closing the balloon filled with water while still on the faucet. Can't do it well without these clips!
