We want you to have the best possible ice lantern experience.  If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Refund amount will be for the amount paid less the actual shipping cost we incurred (usually higher shipping cost than originally charged). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and product must not be used and in resale condition.
